LTCF Environmental Assessment

Service Description

This new service provides ANY skilled nursing or assisted living facility in Tennessee a FREE-NO-COST environmental assessment scheduled at your convenience. These assessments are completely CONFIDENTIAL. In other words, the information we gather along with our final report goes ONLY BACK TO YOU. The information is NOT provided to the Health Dept. or anyone else. Only the overall, non-facility-specific information is collected and provided to the Health Dept. to help determine LTCF's future funding needs as a group. We ask that any LTCF in Tennessee book one of these assessments. This program is further provided to help your facility determine what actions your facility can undertake to improve your resident's health/satisfaction on a short, intermediate, and long term basis. Again, this will cost your facility nothing and is totally confidential. We will just need about 30 minutes of your time along with about 1/2 of a day's time with one of your maintenance personnel to escort us around your campus.
